Process & Shipping Information
Normal order processing can take between 7-10 business days depending on the warehouse shipping. Please be aware that all orders must be processed, as we do not have inventory at our home office. This may take some time, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Delivery
Currently, the shipping method is Standard Ground USPS (3-5 business days).
Tracking confirmation will be sent to the email provided after the product has shipped.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the product you received or if the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it, although certain restrictions may apply. If you choose to return the product(s), the purchaser must contact SheMadeYaLook herein referred to as the "Purchaser" within 15 calendar days to arrange and request approval for a return (for a different product) with the seller. The product(s) must be returned to its seller in the original packaging if not damaged. There are no refunds, except in the case that the product you chose is sold out. In that case, you can expect a full refund.
